"I felt a very happy return on my expenditure but didn't find anything of real significance at this restaurant which is much loved here in Oklahoma City. They offer more than the standard BBQ fare including burgers. Their sauce is one of the highlights and I recommend trying it with everything. Their BBQ is average and tends to be more of these southern style but holds itself together well. This particular location can be incredibly busy and a wait at the front door is not unusual. Get what you need when you order because it may be difficult to get a server to follow up with you afterwards. This is one of the few places I will eat barbecue at here in OKC."

"By far the worst service I have EVER encountered at a restaurant. My husband had been wanting to check out this place since they opened so we decided to go for his birthday, Friday night. We were able to get a table in the lounge downstairs, which had a nice atmosphere. However, the service was horrendous. After the first hour of being there 2 of the 6 people received their orders, in which one was wrong. After 25 minutes we asked if the rest of our food would be out soon and their answer was, "we are just really busy tonight and if they were on separate orders it might come out at different times..." We ordered at the samme time and we never specified they would be on separate checks. So finally after 45 minutes 3 of us got our food. Meanwhile, my husband aka the birthday boy, has yet to receive his meal. After about 20 minutes, when the rest of us were finished, we asked about his food after flagging down a waitress. She went to check on it and...

"I've eaten here dozens of times and have always been happy with the meats and the sides. I've tried everything and usually order ribs or a burger. " A burger?" you say and yes, they serve one of the best burgers in OKC. They are even better with some grilled jalapenos on top and it pairs well with any side and beverage you choose. The sides are all good but the potato salad is my go to side. Service and food quality are consistently good and frequently great."

"The Smoked Chicken on the bone was decent. I chose baked Mac and cheese which was good and the cowboy beans If I wanted Ranch Style Beans I would go to the grocery store and buy them. I really didn't expect to get them at a restaurant. Makes me wonder what else is out of the can. Probably won't be back."
