"The food here is amazing. Fresh, tasty, hot , plenty such a big selection on offer. We had for starters spicy ribs and mini spring roll. The sirloin steak sizzler for main was truly amazing and the taste was incredible, has to be the nicest Chinese food I’ve ever eaten. On our second visit we changed the mains to chicken in hoy sun sauce with chips and a chicken fried rice and curry sauce. Prawn crackers are hot and large, great for scooping up your curry sauce. You need to book if you want a table it was packed and the queue outside for the takeaway was all down the side into the car park. It’s very reasonable priced also. A two course meal for was around with drinks."

"Enjoyed our fishing and chips from here during the holiday. beautiful freshly cooked fish and chips could not fail at all. would definitely recommend a visit. as previous fish and chip shop owners, we are very ugly when it comes to...fish and chips, but this has in any case just our high expectations."

"Called in after a walk from Mousehole to Penzance ready and hungry! We were not disappointed as this was the best cod chips and mushy peas. Tip in the current climate is go to the right hand side of the door and place your order...then queue on the left hand side of the door and listen for your shout out. Service is quick and we walked to some seating over the road to eat. We had small and the portions are big! Cod was so fresh and crispy light batter and great well cooked chips and mushy peas. Would highly recommend and will visit again on next years holiday."

"Used to be the best place around for large portions of wonderfully fresh fish and chips. Sadly however on the last three visits the portions have shrunk dramatically, both the fish fillets which are also seemingly of a lesser quality and the chips. The mushy peas are now watery and hard and the curry sauce is no longer the same classic ‘chip shop’ variety that it once was. And all of this whilst seeing the prices hiked. We fully understand the pressures of inflation being small business owners ourselves, but given the double whammy of a marked reduction in quality combined with the additional expense, we will be taking our custom elsewhere. Such a shame."

"Worst fish and chips I have ever had, the fish was very small and the chips where like asda frozen Chunky chips. Total waste of money, I wondered why there wasn't a queue to be served.
