"- worst roast - dry and no seasoning with insipid gravy - it was inedible - wine glasses have lipstick marks around the rim and are dirty- garlic herb bread sucks and bruschetta is just as bad - lost my meal, waited and watched everyone else eat and then when it came out it wasn't goodCame to this hotel for the first time and was looking forward to a good meal. The man at the front recommended the bistro and the $12 Carvery special. My Manager ordered the carvery based on the guys recommendation and I ordered a chicken parmigiana. We also ordered garlic bread and bruschetta. When my boss went to get to the carvery to get her meal there was no one there and stood there waiting to be served her meal for like five minutes. I then went to the bar to order drinks and ordered her a wine and the barman poured it into a dirty glass with lipstick marks on the rim. I asked him to please change the glass and said I didn't mind if he poured it into a fresh glass. To his credit he re poured the wine. I then returned to the table and the roast from the carvery that my boss ordered was so dry that she couldn't eat it. The gravy was watery and gross and the vegetables were old and over cooked. She didn't want to say anything because she felt bad but she couldn't even eat the meal. Then the garlic bread and bruschetta arrives to the table. The garlic bread was so dry and herb covered it wasn't the best. The bruschetta was not nice either. I sat and waited patiently for my parmigiana hoping it would be better than the rest of our experience so far. I watched the whole dining room be served and I waited and I waited. My boss said where is your dinner to me whilst she sat in front of her whole roast meal that was inedible. She eventually called over the waitress and I said excuse me where is my food? She said back to me "where is your food?" I said yeah where is my food. She said did you order something I said yes I ordered a parmigiana ages ago and watched everyone else come I tot he restaurant after us and eat their meals. She went to the kitchen and they seemed to all stare blankly at each other and search for a missing docket for like five minutes before they decided to cook my food. When it came out it was awful greasy soggy parmigiana with chips that had no salt on them and the veg looked old. My boss and I literally feel sick and the service from that brown haired waitress wasn't the best as she wasn't really responsive to anything."

"Very, super delicious food, everything was tasty and AWESOME, my table ordered 6 Entrees which did Not disappoint. Will be back. Will even visit the one closes to my home, located in Burbank. Their staff was super, in Hawthorne, was super friendly, and very attentive every single one of them. this place."
