"We were looking for a good hotel near Bhopal rail station for a comfortable stay and smooth transition to next destination Panchmarhi. This hotel met all the expectations. Top it up with awesome cleanliness, friendly staff, tasty food and prompt service! They provide free pickup from Bhopal rail station and arrange for local site seeing. Also they arranged for a 210km trip for us to Panchmarhi at a reasonable cost. As the hotel is at a busy are, you will feel the hustle and bustle once you step out but inside it offers a peaceful stay. We are avid nonvegetarians but loved the Missy Roti and Bhindi massala and the Shalimar Special curry. Remember, the hot water supply is centrally controlled and you need to request and ensure that the hot water is flowing through the tap before you stand under the shower in winter morning/evening. You'll get lot of pillows to cuddle with :) . It was really nice and pleasant experience with smooth transaction."

"This is a small place / restaurant in the main area and I visited this for our lunch based on our colleague recommendation - this is mostly suggested for non veg stuff and you have variety of chicken and mutton on Mughlai / Indian varieties . - absolutely the quality of food was awesome and my taste buds was tested for variety of taste . - though it is non veg we are able to get good veg varieties like regular dal dadka etc . The rotis are served pot hot and you love to eat them for their crispiness . The front of the restaurant is some roti table and wash basin which gives bad impression to the restaurant mostly outside travellers . It is recommended to management to shift this somewhere else it does not give first hand good impression This restaurant is already into wallet payment (paytm ) and support digital india and we were happy we paid through wallet during this demonitisation time . Overall good and small uplift needed in the facade . Must visit by people who love spicy non veg Mughlai / Mediterranean delights ."

"This is a place which is kind of revolutionizing Non-Veg food. The usual image is that you sit-order eat. But Zam-Zam somehow has a different idea. They serve it almost like you get Chaat Street Food in other cities. You take a prepaid coupon and...then a self service system. And you Stand and Eat wherever you get a place to stand. The outlet was teeming with people gorging on food. Most people preferred to stand and eat. Size of the portion is for 1 person and that helps in the Stand-Eat method. Biryani was superb. The marks are deducted for the Seekh Kabab which they Fried and it lost whatever taste it might have had. Never have I seen Seekh-Kabab 's being fried. Again, I have not seen any outlet dealing with so many walk-in Stand-in customers except the most famous chaat counters of Delhi."

"Butter chicken tastes like heaven. Reminded me of the fab butter chicken that was once served at the Garfield restaurant at 10 no. square and Bon Appetite in Bittan Market. This restaurant has been my fav place for tandoori and butter chicken delicacies. If u are a true butter chicken enthusiast, the first bite in yr mouth will make u feel like heaven. I don't have the words to describe how smitten I was when I first tasted the butter and tandoori gravies of this fab restaurant. Thank u so much evening point."
