"Expensive, awkward counter set up, made me feel uncomfortable. Staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. Food wasn't very hot and the donner meat tasted old and was dry and not very much of it. Also made my order wrong the first time. All round bad experience"

"I have used Thailand express for about 7 years. Tonight 2/2/2023 I phoned at 720pm and placed my order. I wasn’t told it would be late or driver was busy. At 820pm I still had no food. I phoned and was told that it was very busy and that the roads were really bad and they had regular customers to deal with first.The lady on the phone said she told me that when I placed my order. She didn’t say anything. I am a regular customer. It’s now 855 pm and still I’ve had no food delivered. The roads are clear as my son has just had food delivered without delay from Renfrew 5 miles away . The Thailand Express is 2 miles from my house. I will never buy another meal. 90 minutes and still no food. The fact the lady lied saying she told me that they were busy when she didn’t and that they are serving regular customers first even though i am one I am now finished with this place. Disgusting customer service. Whoever was working on the phones tonight has obviously forgot my order and doesn’t care. I will never be back. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20"
