"We had a couple of hours and thought we would have dinner, having looked at the menu we chose the contoir des marais. We arrived at 6.50 pm, We were told that there were no outside tables were available, okay, so, we had an inside booth by the time we left at 8.20pm no-one had arrived at said empty tables. It took an age for someone to take our order, so chose not to have an apero! We ordered a shared mixed charcuterie and fromage pIatter, in honesty, it was tasty. We then ordered mains. I had smoked salmon salad, husband ordered jambon grillé. Husband's food was again, tasty. The salad on the other hand...... It was, by far, the worst salad I have ever eaten. Pluses... plenty of salmon, lettuce was nice, tomatoes what there was, were okay too. Negatives... pre-prepared and left in the fridge, so too cold, tiny salad no dressing), very few tomato cubes, asparagus was from a jar and was so soggy it bent over my fork when i lifted it, potatoes were from a tin and wet and tasteless, toast was from a cheap sliced loaf. It all arrived in a breakfast bowl. When asked, i explained that I was unhappy, but they just dismissed me. I have been to this restaurant before and have had a pleasant meal, Maybe it is just the salads that are terrible. But sadly, this has put me off going again.!"

"Très agréable moment seuls sur la terrasse avec un cadre très très reposant nous avons mangé et même dégusté nos assiettes un sacrilège d'en laisser tellement c'est bon...Malgré de petites moules leur recette est excellente que ce soit celles à la normande ou les campagnardes on les savoure...Le dessert je ne vous en parle pas je préfère me le garder une tarte au citron délicieuse. Une adresse que je recommande.1 bémol mettez le rosé au frais mais le reste m'a comblée...Encore merci rapport qualité prix c'est un bonheur."
