"10 minutes before booking displayed on our table. lady in responsibility said she was over once she had taken another order: she was not. then she made a whole series of. other jobs for the next 25 minutes so we could wait. Finally, I had to go to the reception and ask if our order could be taken. her answer “I just came”. I pointed out that we waited for 25 minutes. no excuse. Instead, she told me we had arrived before our booking! I reminded her that she said that she would come as soon as she had taken another order, her answer was: "I try to make it easier for the chefs to take the commands out of distance". this was despite the fact that only eight other people were sitting only four of them had taken their orders; all others had menus waiting for their commands. none of them has created a very bad initial impression on a good footpath. so much so that I decided not to spend £21 on sea bass, but get suppe £7.50) instead. the food came within 25 minutes, ironically less time than it needed to take the order. my suppe was moderately 5/10). the sea bass of my sohnes mum was delicious 7/10. daughter pizza fine 6/10). since eating only average service was bad, I would not recommend will not return."

"Well where to start i reviewed a couple months ago The food then was spot on today I went for the lunch fish special £6.10 with chips and either peas gravy or curry sauce It was cooked to order so was nice and fresh so on the food side I would have again The problem I have is one of the servers while I was waiting not only took chips from a customer dinner but ate them I watched her do it Not only is that horrendous fingers touching mouth etc she continued serving Fortunately the other lady served me If you going to eat do it out of site from other customers like at home Food strong 4 /5 Staff hygiene sorry can’t score"

"If I could give zero stars I would. First time trying this place and OMG we will not ever again, paid £60 for a Thai takeaway, the beef was burnt the calamari was over cooked clearly shop bought and inedible and I think the picture I’ve posted of the noodles say it all about them absolutely everything was awful. Called for the takeaway waited an hour which we were happy to do understanding they were busy then traveled 10miles to pick up so when discovering the terrible food we had been given called the place and the gentleman on the phone (the owner) was dismissive and said that we don’t know what Thai food tastes like, us having spent years living in London eating authentic Thai cuisine as well as other numerous Asian cuisines. So not only bad food but the customer service was non existent as his priority clearly was serving drinks in the pub as he repeatedly said to us on the phone after politely calling to try and sort something out to mutual satisfaction but was impossible. Avoid."
