"This was my first visit to the store. I used the website to order ahead. But making orders this way was turned off. So I went ahead making an order just to make a list of what we wanted. I found it very confusing. After I time, I gave that up.It was difficult to get into and exit the plaza that the shop is in. There are limited openings onto the streets.When I did get to ordering in the store, the choices became a little clearer. I think everyone has ah ha moments the first time one makes an order there. It is still confusing, but less so, in the store.They have a selection of different styles of chicken salad available. I didn't count how many. Many of the styles were unavailable at the time. This was disappointing. Staff said that this was due to a promotion of giving away free samples of salads the day before. The day before?I can't really judge the atmosphere as this was a take out order. But the dining room looked clean, neat, and pretty.Upon getting home, the food was tasty even though it wasn't the selections we originally wanted.Conclusion I will visit there again, but I'm not eager to do so. I'm chalking up the problems I had to, they being new, and I being new to them. A dine in experience is in order."

"Ive always wanted to try this restaurant. Finally I checked this place out for my birthday. We were seated promptly and our orders were taken. I ordered the lamb with shrimp curry. I ordered it with the level 5 heat. The heat wasn't crazy. I love spicy food and should have went with the level 6. The heat level is probably 2 numbers below the rating. So my level 5 was more like a 3. The lamb was very tender and the shrimp had a nice bite. The curry was very flavorful and complimented the lamb with each bite. Combined with the rice, you will definitely have some food to take home."

"As good as this place smells driving down diamond ave. I was expecting a full parking lot on a friday night but to my surprise there were only a few cars. The crowd will show you were the good stuff is hiding, but looks are deceiving with Bombay Spice. Escaping typical corporate chain restaurants, i was greeted with channa batura(fried bread w. Chickpea sauce, onion kulcha(onion bread), lamb vindaloo(spicy lamb and potato curry), and kulfee(mango ice cream). Everything is homemade down to the ice cream and very distinctive flavors. I challenged the chef to make my vindaloo super spice which he joyfully accepted. My only complaint was the restroom was overwhelmed with a sewage smell that bout ran me out of there! I figured it may be a temporay setback for them and will be resolved soon. If it weren't for the restrooms offensive smell, Bombay Spice would have gotten 5 stars from me. I will return in the future to give them that star if they have the restrooms fixed."

"Always delicious food. we have made din-in, seduction and delivery and have never been disappointed with eating or service. the packaging for the food for the execution and delivery is also impressive because we live clearly on the other side of the city and it is still hot when it just came out when it comes to us."
