"Hidden over this jewel and decided to go. I was rewarded with delicious slowly boiled meat in a delicious sauce, hills of roasted rice, peanut paste, fresh salad and a sprinkle of roasted nuts above. great eating on a cold blue day!"

"Haven't had Chinese food for ages as can't handle MSG. But I'd have to say this was the best I've had in a long time. We had sizzling beef and vegetable and chicken dish was so delicious and authentic and I don't think had MSG because I didn't get s reaction. Only thing is they gave us plates to eat off and other Asians eating here ate in bowls. Would've preferred bowls. Excellent Tasmanian wine here too."

"We were very pleased to find that after some time closed, this restaurant has opened again. our meals were beautiful. the best curry buffers we've ever eaten are the most important courses that are all scrupulous. the prices are extremely reasonable and the staff happy and helpful. Although located in north hobart, it is not part of the main restaurant strip therefore much easier parking. we recommend thai garden very."

"How does this place have 4 stars? they must insert their own reviews. I don't understand! I've never been to such a dirty restaurant. How is it not turned off? the floor is dirty, the chairs were sticky, the walls were even dirty. fans dirty. I cleaned my cutlery and glass with a serviette. the menus were even sticky "

"Food and excellent service. possibly the best meal in hobart (or everywhere) I had in years. great selection, exceptional quality and so a beautiful atmosphere. only critique is that one of us ordered a "feed me' menu, the other one seafood plate without realizing us, it delivered a feed for two people on a single teller (so we thought it was for one) as well as the seafood plate. when we were afraid, we were told that it was "per number of people at the table" not complaining about the quantity or quality of the food, but the menu and the staff were not clear and not understood what we were trying to order. made for a very expensive meal. that said I would go back at any time and highly recommend, as it is really a big place (will only be attentive to the overview of the menus in future.)"
