"Nice service and ambiente. my partner enjoyed his fish chips. the sweet potato plant gnocchi here was distinctly spicier than when I had it at oolaa petite. it was too sharp for me, but still very good and unique. we both tried the roku gin cocktail specials $75) and both were nice, tokyo smash somewhat better."

"Right next to the mid levels, but a bit hidden is this beautiful restaurant. great atmosphere, some sitting places in the open and, more importantly, the beautiful eating! I had lunch with ramen. saw and rich with good quantity veg in a big part. yum! not so expensive for the amount of food and quality. made me so happy. the day of the week during lunch there was so space, but it looks as if it fills quickly. at the theke order and have to collect own tables."

"That is a good place to go with friends. they have a few standings. it is a decent venue in which the amount of work from nearby offices is usually employed. it is busy and sometimes service at this place can be a bit slow. the menu is huge. I have been eating here for many years in the rule to customize certain dishes before I can eat them and discuss with the staff. now they have introduced vegan dishes and a real vegan vegetarian labeling! from the a la carte I recommend the gnocchi in red curry kossauce with sweet potato and veg. tastes delicious, creamy and fills. my other favorite is the granatapfel, quinoa and taboulleh salat. fajitas is good big with a lot of veg, which comes out sizzling, tastes great oldho something oily. Lunch set is a good offer. in the rule they have to start a vegan salad or suppe, and a vegan pasta/risk for porn. for vegans, they can usually give only one fruit salad for dessert. check their website to see the weekly set. Last time I visited, I had a special one from her Christmas menu (now added to her regular menu) vegan meat leaf with sweet potato and roasted vegetables. was fantastic! updated by previous review on 2021-12-14"

"Gingko House was ubiquitous before. They announced that they would switch to vegetarians in the last part of 2015. I went back in today. The chef told me that they now use Lacto vegetarian cheese. The barrier she reclassifies on Happycow as a vegetarian seems to be her alcohol: https: www.vegsoc.org Alcohol I would have asked Ken Choi, the Business Development Manager. He wasn't there. I have taken photos from the drinks menu and the selection of wines and uploaded to this list. The bad news is: Wells Banana Bread Beer I just got emails from their customer services. This drink is made with Isinglass (Fish Extract) and so is not vegetarian Better news is: Flensburger Gold Flensburger Dark Fuller's ESB The above are listed on www,barnivore.com as a vegan full honeydew from the info about barnivore this seems vegetarian Unfortunately I don't find any information about Barnivore re the wines Gingko House. It seems likely that the Clearly organic wine sold is vegan grade vegetarian. However, this statement contains an element of acceptance. If I get information that explains that the alcohol Gingko house is actually sold all vegetarian I would be pleased to update this list of veg friendly to vegetarian. I have sent this review and the email from Wells Beer cust services people to Ken by email. This should enable him to make this constructive action possible if he wishes to take advantage of this opportunity. Updated by previous rating on Friday, 30. October 2015 to add the following: At the time I was eating there, the cook was a lady called Esther. I had tried her food in places like Mum Cafe next to Aberdeen Sportplatz. "Not as large as other buffets in hk, but has a selection of mostly Chinese oriented (only the pizza was western.) none of the items are marked, so it is hard to know what vegan is. eating was in order, some dishes great, some not-so-great. busy at lunchtime you might have to share a table with strangers."
