"I had heard bad things about Naked Cafe before I was in (large kitchen, cheap made food, not really nutritious), but I got a new job nearby and decided to try it a few days ago. I told them about my gluten intolerance when I ordered, but instead her normal chicken burger that I said was almost exclusively from gluten. I went back to ask about a few bites and become suspicious, and they confirmed that it was not gluten-free before they said it was sorry and nothing is to correct the situation. I went and decided to go back when I was at work to ask for a refund. I got one after I had waited for a while to find out how to do it, but no type of extra coupon/coupsation offered after essentially poisoning. The staff was nice overall, but I felt like they didn't really care what happened. The few bites of sandwich I had were not bad, but the bungalow immediately fell apart and the hairs were strangely sweet for some reason. Based on my experience and what I have about this restaurant, I would not recommend Naked Cafe to anyone. At least vegans have somewhere to eat, I guess"
