"I've never come across such bad food or service. When I complained about my inedible food (something I've never done before, anywhere!) I was dumbfounded when the waiter just shrugged his shoulders and walked off. I tried again when another waiter appeared to clear the plates and he too shrugged his shoulders, collected the plates and left. What happened to customer service? The restaurant itself was in need of some tlc but we could have overlooked this if everything else had been ok. It was far from ok and really spoiled our trip to the beautiful Mont St Michel. Needless to say, the bill appeared without any deductions and dutifully, so as not to cause a scene, we paid it. More fool us! Avoid at all costs."
