"One of the best places for Amritsari Kulche in Ottawa. They encourage ppl to play indoor games and have fun while you're there. I also attended the Diwali sweet festival here and I have to mention that the sweets here are the best I have had in Ottawa. Definitely recommend the place."

"I recently visited here. we were told on the phone that they were busy and went with an expectation that there were delays. we have placed our order and it took some time, but that was to be expected. I received my dumplings, which tasted well, but after eating I found 3 haare in the dough. we had also ordered nice spring rolls, which tasted rather bad. the best way for me to describe it was that it tasted like a cough smells. my friend continued to check and is sure there was meat. After I finished my meal, my friend had to get her meal. When I went upstairs to ask how long it would be, I was told 15 minutes. After waiting patiently for another 40 or so minutes, I go back to the counter to ask how long and I was answered with shock and the person said: "I thought you didn't want to say it anymore" unnecessary to say I was rather not impressed and won't be back to centrepointe or bank st location. we spent a total of 2 hours in the restaurant and had to eat from somewhere else. 0/5 would not recommend."

"A relaxing environment, you feel you were there before although it was the first time for us to visit the restaurant.Wings for starters and did not disappoint We ordered: Peppercorn Burger which was excellent.Also ordered Balsamic Chicken also was good.The Brew Battered Fish & Chips was average, I've had better Fish & Chips but maybe that was because the other times was at specialty Fish & chips restaurants.Service was very good and quick."

"I have ordered delivery online. They have said it would take 50 min. After an hour and a half I have cancelled the service. I have in the mean time called twice to be told that the delivery man will be there on time ?!!!...I am not sure why would you have such a delivery service when you know you will have unsatisfied customers. This is not the first time we are using this service and every time the excuse is that it is really busy. Well maybe you should hire more people for delivery or simply not deliver... Also, I have never dealt with someone who was so unapologetic about the fact they failed to deliver. Very rough interface from Sawny who kind of didn't care if we had our dinner or not. With this kind of attitude I will not be ordering from this place even if they severed the best Indian cusine in the world. This restaurant is simply not worth it and if they don't change they do business I would advice you to stay away. We had to eat sandwitches for dinner tonight as we had been tired of waiting with 2 small kids wanting to go to bed."
