"I came to lunch with a friend and enjoyed eating and the atmosphere. we both had the tagesset that was a hamburgerpatty with rice and several sweet dishes plus suppe. we also tried the vegan teramisu that was really good! over all this eating was not spiritually flowering, but it was a relaxing place to hang up and I made me feel well fed."

"Got the tempeh sandwich, the soy burger, potato salad, and kombucha. They gave us a taste of home (US) and the sandwich had a good amount of mustard but no sides (the burger came with fried potatoes). The kombucha was.. not my favorite. Overall recommend!"

"We really enjoyed our meal and drinks at The Blackstock. The atmosphere was vibrant and buzzing but homey at the same time. The gentlemen who runs the joint is a wonderful guy who speaks excellent english and will chat to you while he runs around doing everything! We ordered the Veggie Pie which was amazing and the eggplant pasta, also really tastey! He also makes a mean red sangria! Definitely recommend! Just keep in mind it's next door to a Japanese place called The Blackstock Pub! These are separate places! It's right next door under the train tracks"
