"I love Thai food and again this was a recommendation.The entrees were good but normal fare.The pad Thai was great but the other mains were disappointing.I love heat and lemongrass. However the balance was off for the chicken with basil and chilli and the pork belly with lemongrass.I can cook these better than this. I want to go out and eat something I can't cook or balance like an authentic caring Thai chef can.The chilli in the chicken dish was too strong against the other ingredients rendering it too hot to eat or enjoy. The pork belly was tough and stringy. It tasted like it was triple cooked from days ago and wasn't nice to chew.The staff were uncommunicative and not interested in their customers. I had to go and get a waiter to take our order after 3 lots of people who arrived after us were served first. Not good."

"The decor was beautifully decked out with traditional pictures. Unlike most Asian restsurants, it is spacious and conducive to good dinner conversations. However, I think the quality of food has let it down.The menu was quite big with a good variety, so was the wine list. We had a shared entree plate which was not memorable. For the main, we had a massamun curry which was much, much too sweet and starchy. You could see the gravy was prepared well in advance, with the meat thrown in when an order came in. We chose chicken and we could literally count the number of chicken floating in the gravy. The second main was fried whiting in sweet and sour sauce. The presentation was quite impressive but the sauce was again too sweet, sickening sweet. The whiting was well fried, but was quite fishy which even the sweet and sour sauce couldn't mask. A real pity for such a nice venue.Service was extraordinary slow, as there was only one cook on duty that night - just our luck I suppose.I think I will give it another try sometime."

"This is one of our favourite destinations for tasty and yummy food, and after researching Naan bread in the neighbourhood, were delighted with the best version of this we've had in a long time. The mixed dhal was so good, one of our party decided to order it again the next evening. Look for the fabulous door (that you may want to take home) at the end of the row, and in you go!"
