The food is great and affordable, and the serving sizes are generous. "Food: Their makis are so good. I have tried their sunshine roll and crunchy midori maki. Both were really good but my "boyfriend" liked the sunshine roll so bad. When we first tried it he wanted us to go back the very next day so he could eat it again. I didn't like their milk based drinks that much, they kinda taste like halohalo. I think they used some kind of evaporated milk or something lol. I loved the original yocca drink, it tastes like candy, it's so good. I have also tried their roasted tomato porkchop doria and chicken katsu omurice, both are okay but nothing special. I would definitely go back here for the makis and the yocca drink <3. Place: I didn't like their place in eastwood, it was hot, some seats are too low and some of the tables were too small. The megamall branch is okay. "This branch will always be memorable to me. This is where my husband (then bestfriend) has our first "unofficial" date. :) So whenever we're around the area, this is where we eat.<br>

"I always wanted to eat on sizzling plate but when i do i end up not finishing my food because of char. A friend recommend this and i was surprise because; 1. The food is great. A lot of combination of proteins and side dishes on the menu. 2. It does not create char on the plate/food. 3. The heat stays on. 4. Affordable price!"

The only reason why i wanted to swing by Merkanto is the Sadak. I love Indian Food and i am the only one in my family that happens to like this type of cuisine.<br>

Me and my homies arrived a lil early and Sadak is still closed. This is a test of my EQ. We ate some Vietnamese food first, this appeased me a lil bit.<br>

India stall opened shortly after we finished eating our Vietnamese grub. <br>

I got some Roti for takeway, significant other duties. CMA misses the Roti with curry dip at the now defunct Long Grain at Power Plant. He seems happy with the India's version of pancake. The curry lacks the flavor I'm looking for but it's decent. The roti retained it's soft x chewy texture the morning after."
