"I love Thai express but this location disappoints. Staff were rude from taking your order to handing your food. It’s so sad that it’s our go to restaurant whenever we’re at the mall. But with the attitude they’re giving I don’t think I still want to come back. I asked for additional chillies on the side, instead they just rolled their eyes on me and just gave me super little chillies you couldn’t even taste it. Fried rice tastes burnt food. Update on my experience again… Very poor customer service. I wonder how the cashier works all day rolling her eyes at customers! So today my husband was craving for pad thai and I decided to give it a chance. It was still the same. My husband asked for chillies on the side and the cashier said they're not allowed to give it on the side so we said just mix it in our food then. We'd be happy to pay for extra chillies to be honest. We head home and ate our food but there's no spice in our food at all!! Just regular tasting pad thai. I've lost my appetite. The cook said he added chillies in it but the taste is blant! My fried rice is burnt again, as usual. I swear I wouldn’t go back at this store again."
