"So my friends and i went here the other day and had the opportunity to get to try their food and it was very good. i tried their chow mein and their pepper shrimp which was so good i couldnt stop eating it. although the food took so long to arrive however when it did we all finished the plates really fast this place gets two thumbs up for their excellent food and their nice service they gave to us. i would highly recommend this place to everyone, the only reason it didnt get a 5 was because of the waiting time"

"Unassuming place to grab jerk chicken and other caribbean goodies. My go to is a large jerk chicken with rice peas and coleslaw for $18 incl tax and it's good for at least 2 meals (for a petite gyal ; Service is always friendly, good proportion of chicken and rice; cole slaw is the perfect amount of creamy."

"Yes fine this is a chain but it's a darn good one at that.<br/ <br/ The food here is fantastic, the crowds here especially at lunchtime may ensure that you don't get a seat so you've got to time it perfectly.<br/ <br/ The location is a great one and though the restaurant is spacious there's usually a line placing their orders so be a little patient.<br/ <br/ The jerk chicken and barbecue chicken is amazing. The jerk chicken is a bit spicy but man is it great. It doesn't leave you with heartburn or anything but it's my favourite. The barbecue chicken is also really good and adds a nice balance. Opt for a large meal so you can get the rice as that is so good with your gravy. The coleslaw is pretty good as well"

"I've been coming here for years and I always get their curry udon. Super affordable prices. This time I got their hotate (scallop) don and it was so delicious. I can't express how much I love this restaurant from the meals, to the staff, to the authenticity. I feared that the restaurant would be impacted by covid but I'm so glad it's still here. Manpuku has such a warm place in my heart."
