"Gestern mittag waren wir mal wieder mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs und so beschlossen wir, eine Kleinigkeit zu essen im Restaurant Velderhof.Nachdem ich bei meiner letzten Bewertung noch den schleppenden Service und die langen Wartezeiten bemängelt hatte, war das gestern um Klassen besser.Wir hatten einen schönen Tisch auf der Terasse gewählt, und entschieden uns für das "Wochen-Special"Es handelte sich hierbei um ein köstliches Carpaccio mit Salat, Pfifferlingen und Knödeln. Das war eine wirklich interessant Zusammenstellung und schmeckte ganz vorzüglich.Es waren, wahrscheinlich aufgrund des schönen Wetters, reichlich Servicekräfte dort, die Küche war wohl auch auf Draht, und so war alles wirklich wie es sein soll, Wartezeiten nicht zu lang, aber auch nicht zu kurz, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und der Wein ( Chardonnay ) auch sehr schön gekühlt.Fazit: Alles schön und wir waren mehr als zufrieden.Kommen gerne wieder.bdzons"
