"As you know this restaurant is situated next to Blooms restaurant in Eros hotel at ground floor near to the lobby . Singh Sahab restaurant is famous for Indian cuisine . Having a lovely royal decor seating plan with live kitchen u can see the whole process from outside . Now about food n drinks as u knw guys their is a food festival going on Taseer-e-Hararat at Singh Sahib. Their Chefs have handpicked some fabulous ingredients and created some recipes such as Kesar ki Rangat, Mirchi da Chuank, Gosht ki Nazakat, Lehsun ki Mehak, Lavaung ki Dungar, Makai ki Ronak to name a few which will lend depth to the existence of these ingredients. Actually they given the theme concept of kitchen ingredients. Starting from Bhutte aur kismish gulak a deep fried corn raisins balls stuffed with cheese then next Shigdi ke khumb yogurt marinated mushroom cooked in burning charcoal nice filling inside soft n melts in ur mouth. Then comes Makai murgh Hareesa is a typical Kashmiri winter dish made from chicken, broken wheat, corn pulses. Then comes the best dish I ever tried n never think of tht is Makki ki roti chicken tikka roll seriously loved it . Then comes Corn tortilla spread with tomato garlic chutney and filled with chicken and vegetable mixture. Then come something new name with old style Crunchy Murgh ki tangdi a Deep fried corn coated chicken drumstick served with tomato garlic chutney. Chudidar Pista aloo sort of twisted potato for easily get too know when u see how it's prepared with Batter fried spring cut potato seasoned with salt and pepper served with pista chutney. Now about main course Dera dal a combination of mix lentil and tempered with garlic red chilly.Baroni Banjan Eggplant dish with yogurt and lots of garlic, mint and smoked with clove flavor. Though they have Saag makhni lasooni paneer pasanda Garlic Stuffed cottage cheese serve with sarso ka saag. But I taken only Saag coz u knw punjabi people love saag seriously outstanding I really loved it . Rawalpindi Murgh musallam Chicken roulade served with velvety pistachio gravy seasoned with aromatic spicesPiste kukad ka salan Chicken cooked with thin pistachio gravy. Pista mawe di seekh Combination of khoy , pistachio, spices and creamy cheese mounted on an iron skewer and cooked really u guys feel totally different n how deeply chefs work on this theme n concept . Kahwah is a traditional green tea preparation consumed in Kashmir. Green tea is infused with a range of spices including cinnamon and cardamom . Zaffrani badam ka shorba Saffron flavor almond thick soup seasoned with Indian spices I tried first time . Time for desert bhai Abhi katm nhi Hua the best things yet too come plz wait n read few things more Dhoodh ki kadhai se garma garm kada Hua dudh Milk heat in deep kadhai with saffon cardamom. Then totally different desert I have ever tried till now in my food experience journeys tht is this best desert Akhrot ka halwa , walnutand sugar syrup dessert flavored with cardamom and garnished with almonds pistachio. N then last but not least we end up over food journey with garma garm gulab jamun n vanilla ice cream combination n our dinner sorted with lovely frinds n like family members get together with my family members. Over all experience is awesome coz u get to knw about proper authentic knowledge of spices n how they go well with single ingredients. Love to come soon again n hve lovely time experience again here ."

If you are looking for tasty food like real tasty vegetarian food in Delhi then this is the best place you can go to. You can try Suvidha special a version of dal makhani it is a must try dish at this place. It's not exactly like dal Bukhara or dal makhani that is cooked overnight. But whatever they make, it would leave you addicted to getting back next time soon. If you are running low on budget/wanna go low profile and still want the most amazing Veg north Indian food, NO BETTER PLACE THEN SUVIDHA! Their palak paneer, shahi pane, Suvidha Dal Makhani Butter Naan Lachha Paratha and dal makhani is the best. Their food is mouthwatering it’s a nice place for people like pure Veg food lover. <br/ <br/ The restaurant serves one of the best Indian foods along with awesome taste. I haven’t had better bread anywhere else: The Naan or tandoori roti at Suvidha never feels like you are eating a rubber band, always crisp and properly cooked. I am a big fan of eating dal and rice and their Kashmiri pulao just taste like heaven. The ambience is not very classy or fancy but just a basic sitting arrangement you will feel the atmosphere is like you at home. That's why I give this 4.5. I suggest if you are foodie then u must visit there at least once. Visit this place if you want to have the best vegetarian Mughlai food. The rotis, parantha, nan were amazing. Special mention to Palak Kofta, paneer butter masala and daal makhani. Everything was amazing. "Riviera is the Restaurant of Ameya Suites . They serve all their meals here including Buffets . Riviera has a nice fresh vibe to the restaurant and now they have an updated menu too . I imagine many people from the hotel guests and office workers dining here alot . The prices are very good for the portion sizes. Once you enter and are seated they serve up some Focaccia Bread to be enjoyed . It is very nice and freshly baked. They also serve a Jaljeera Shot which really refreshes one . For drinks I tried 2 of them a Crunchy Cooler and Mango Bite Crush. The Mango Bite Crush was amazing but the crunchy cooler wasn't very good as they had put too much Rock Salt in the drink which really overpowered the drink. But the Mango Bite Cooler was refreshing aswell as sweet just the way I like it . For starters we ordered 2 dishes Palak Pata Chaat and Non Veg Kebab Platter . The Palak Pata Chaat is their signature dish which has even been kept from the previous menu . The Palak Pata Chaat was in all honesty a great dish Fried Spinach Leaf , Ginger , Chilli , Roasted Cumin served up with Yoghurt combined with the classic Mint Chutney and Tamarind Chutney and garnished with pomegranate . Lovely dish with a great crisp , crunch and flavour combination. It was great . The kebab Platter was next which was also very tasty . The Platter consisted of Basil Chicken Tikka , Reshmi Seekh Kebab and Tandoori Sarson Jhinga . The Chicken Tikka was Juicy , Succulent and tender and the flavours were great. The Reshmi Seekh Kebab was very flavorful and meaty. The Tandoori Sarson Jhinga was also nicely charred and flavoured but the size of the Prawns were just a bit too small that's the only negative side otherwise really nice . One more thing which I wanted to say was the service was talking a bit too long the starters took around 35 minutes to come but the worse part was the fact that the mocktails came along with the starters which was very surprising. The mains also took another 30 45 minutes to come completely. That means the total amount of time for the food being served was more than an hour . Another sad thing was the food even arrived a bit cold . For main course we ordered Olive Paneer Kulcha , Chur Chur Naan , Home made Meat Curry , Butter Chicken , Mutton Tawa Biryani , Chicken Risotto , Mushroom Risotto and Prawn Thyme Butter with Garlic and Tomato Sauce . Starting with the Olive Paneer Kulcha , it was amazing with loads of flavours and the soft Kulcha it was a great combination. It was served with Raita and Masala Onions. It was great . Next was the Meat Curry which was just okay , the meat was decently soft and the flavours of the curry was decent . After that was the Butter Chicken which was also pretty decent , the chicken was tender and gravy tasted pretty good , but it was very rich or thick as other butter chicken , but it was tasty . The next items were the risotto and both of them were great , nice and cheesey not very creamy but the flavours were great . The Risotto was topped with parmesan shavings . The Chicken risotto had olives in it too and compliment the risotto very well too. But in all honesty the Mushroom risotto was even better as the flavours of this were much more Deep and tasted superb. Next the Prawns which was in a Tomato and Garlic Sauce served with Garlic Bread which went very good . Again the Prawns were of small size but the raste was pretty good . But surprisingly my favourite dish was the Chur Chur Naan which was served along with a small bowl of Daal Makhni . It was just perfect , the naan was so tasty literally dipped in loads of Ghee and the flavour was a tad bit sweet which was perfect with the Daal Makhni in terms of flavour contrasting . Finally the last Dish arrived which was the Mutton Tawa Biryani which was pretty nice too , especially the Mutton as it was much more tender than the Meat Gravy , the Meat in the Biryani was fall of the bone tender but the Biryani itself wasnt anything special but with that super tender meat to compliment it was pretty nice . Finally to the desserts , we ordered a Shahi Tukda and Chocolate Mousse , these came pretty fast withing 10 minutes so that was a good point . And both the desserts were really nice , very tasty , elegant and unique in their own ways . The Shahi Tukda was their own interpretation which was in all honesty very unique and the flavours were bomb. The Shahi Tukda used Brioche Bread and was filled with White Chocolate Truffle ! It was so unique and the flavours were so good it was just a treat . It was present beautifully too with the Shahi Tukda in the middle surrounded by the Rabdi. The Chocolate Mousse was also wonderful and very smooth and light . It was a big serving of it too and it had dark chocolate too which have a nice bitter flavour . Overall I really had a great time with quite a few quality items but a few things like service especially time and the drinks can be improved on , but the food it really good ."
