"Ordered via DoorDash, not only was the wait incredibly long for a Monday but when the food got here or was a joke. The fries were so undercooked it was practically just soggy potatoes. The grilled cheese was literally 2 pieces of white bread and a single slice of cold cheddar cheese. It cost $4.99 for 2 pieces of white bread and a single slice of craft cheese. Also didn't have the onions or bacon I paid extra for both. Finally ordered the spicy sausage sandwich and it was incredibly greasy and the break was completed untoasted and underwhelming. I rarely ever complain but this experience was so incredibly bad that I just don't see myself ever going to Dickey's or here again"
