"Pushap is one of the oldest Indian restaurants in montreal; at least 30 years at the same place. while only vegetarian food is offered, the taste/value cannot be exceeded. as a carnivore, I would say that pushap could win a few vegetarian converts: let the veg just asspect this restaurant prevent them to visit! positiw: really affordable prices look quite authentic tasty, fill food; most people go for the thali of the day that comes with brot / milk, two curries and either dhal (lentils or channa (chickpeas); excellent series of Indian snacks and sweets; I would recomend their pakodas and samosas for snacks, jilebis, gulab jamuns and dilbahars. for those who are not familiar with these articles, it is worth trying them here for the first time! negatiw: parking is not so easy (a tipp could park in the mall near paré service is so, but the owner is exceptionally beautiful not the cleanest interiors; but I would say the ambiente makes them feel that they 've transported in the country...wish there were more restaurants in montreal that could offer such an experience"

"Ordered here twice in one week with excellent results.Lamb Biryani was a bit above average in flavor, and they added an egg when asked, which is a good option. Dal Tarka, a favorite and simple curry, was really delicious and enjoyed. Samosa was below average (oily) and was the only (and minor) disappointment.Delivery was speedy, much less than 30 minutes, and the food arrived hot. The nan was carefully wrapped in paper and then foil, do it arrived in top condition. Much appreciated. Both deliveries featured curry leaking from the paper sack, because the stacked trays in one bag cause the bottom tray to spill. But the food was tasty enough that ... I didn't care."
