"I booked for a group of 8, a month in advance, for a birthday celebration. I clearly advised at time of booking of a guest with an allergy. Also sent reminders leading up to the date. Less then 24hrs to the booking, the staff member...(a team lead) I had been dealing with the entire time sends an email to inform they cannot cater for the allergy and that the person is best not to eat at their restaurant. Appalling customer service. This left me panicking to find a venue, with less than a day and instruct the guests. So disappointing."
