"Ordered a royal chicken korma with exotic fruits. If you call dried sultanas exotic then you’re ok. However, I don’t. No other fruit in it at all and it was an extra £1. The chicken was very dry, probably yesterday’s. I spoke to a manager who said that in India sultanas are exotic, that was his answer. The nan breads were also dry."

"1.29.23 we stopped in randomly because we wanted Indian food and we were in the neighborhood. What an fortuitous find. The food is very good and made daily. We had the Chicken Vindaloo, Lamb Curry, Sag Paneer, and Darka Tal, which was my favorite. The staff is wonderfully patient, attentive, and great with kids. They even gave my son off menu prepared vegetables, which he enjoyed very much.Overall, the place is typical of indian restaurants, and the pricing seems very fair and reasonable, too. At first I wasn't sure if the portions were going to satisfy my hunger, but I was wronog and I barely finished all the food. I believe in supporting local, but more importantly, I believe in supporting those who add value to the community. This restaurant is perfect for families, couples on dates, and general mid size groups for affordable and well proportioned meals.I'm very thankful for restaurant like Mumbai Palace because it's not an easy industry to survive in, so if there's anything that I can do to help them thrive I hope this review will encourage others to eat here."

"Not for the faint hearted, but a fun night out. The food is tasty but not the best Indian I have eaten. It is squashy and the food comes out quickly but it is what it is you aren't in a fine restaurant. It's a cheap and cheerful and I would return again for an easy cheap night out."
