"I'm a cheeseburger kind of guy so this place is like heaven for me. Really good cheeseburgers, and you get more fries than you can eat. We got a small order of fries and watched the guy fix it. He put some in a small container like you'd get at any burger joint, but then he dumped even more in the bag on top of that, so we had plenty. Like I said, more fries than you can eat!"

"Just love that chipotle steak and cheese sandwich. It's always good. Prices are reasonable. Staff is friendly. Parking may be a bit tight as some of the other businesses are popular enough to take up lots of extra spaces. Again, great food here. So worth stopping in for lunch."

"Always a great experience. Food is fresh and service is wonderful. I believe Tomas was the one who took our order and he seems like a great person. Went back in April 22. We had the same person on the counter. He remembered my wife and they had a great conversation. The food was spot on, as usual. Fries were hot and fresh and the burgers were just right. The pricing is definitely high than a normal 'fast food ' hamburger, but sometimes you have to pay to get quality."

"Be sure to get there before 6 if you want to participate in happy hour. Not 6:01, but 6. As whiskey drinkers, we try to be aware of pricing on stuff when buying by the 1/2 ounce. So, a 1.5 ounce drink increased to a 2.0 ounce pour should be 1.33 times the price of the 1.5 ounce drink. Expect to pay more. Some bars charge a standard $2 rocks charge, for example. Not this place. Haven 't quite figured out their formula, if they have one. As a customer, if the waiter says I can substitute one vegetable for another, it would help if they also mentioned there would be a $5 upcharge. Total discrepancies were a little over $10. Not a huge deal, but it unnecessarily leaves a bad taste after an otherwise great dinner. Beet salad was absolutely one of the best salads I have ever had. Waitress was pleasant and helpful (other than previously mentioned). Steak, lox, salmon were all excellent. Surprised it wasn 't busier. Diners are missing out on a very (mostly) enjoyable experience."

"Absolutely amazing food!! Fresh as it could possibly be with flavor packed into every bite. Do I dare say it’s even better than homemade! Their sauces seemed to be made on the spot. They are so delicious. We had some chips with queso and fresh guacamole and the guacamole was even better than the kind I’m used to making with spices and lime juice. Very very good! My friend had a burrito and I had the fish tacos. Now take in mind... I’m a fish taco connoisseur. I’ve had fish tacos all over from Mexico to San Diego and these were some of the best if not THE BEST. I’m very excited to return to this restaurant when I fly back to Kansas City to visit my friend. He’s a very picky eater and he knew I would love this place. He was right. My friend’s burrito was just as good as the fish tacos. The rice and beans were very good as well, although I wish the tacos came with refried beans and not the big bulky beans they served."
