"I recently went to Cranford Playa Bowl, on August 1st, 2023 around 8:45pm and it was just horrible. I love playa bowl. The foods are great! BUT… the employees were so rude. I get it. You should be able to have a good time at work, but putting your conversation first and customers second is a no-go. The 3 female employees were really into their chitchat. And to top it off they had explicit music playing, Kanye and Rihanna. I attended with my family. Husband, and 3 kids (10 yr old, 6 yr old, and 1 yr old). It was so inappropriate. They took forever to get our order out. And because of the music I just wanted to get out of there. They really need to shape up."

"I was very impressed with the food at this restaurant. My nephew and I had dinner here and he ordered a cheeseburger with regular fries and I ordered the chicken strips with an order of the fried zucchini and we shared the sweet potato soup. Everything was very good. My chicken strips were obviously made fresh to order. The soup was obviously homemade as well because it was some thing I have never had before and definitely tasted homemade. And I can't rave enough about the zucchini. I've never had zucchini like this before and in my mind I'm wondering how I can make this myself, it's so good. I look forward to visiting this restaurant again to try some thing else on the menu, like maybe one of the salads, they look amazing. I'm looking forward to trying one for myself one day. If you're wondering if you should try this place, don't waste your time thinking about it! Go go go. You won't be disappointed!! Bon Appétit"

"I can not begin to tell you how great this place is. The staff are very friendly, every single employee that I interacted with was fantastic!!! The food is over the top good! I'm vegan and when I travel it is sometimes difficult to find good food. I'm so lucky that I found this place. They have so many options and also have a very large selection of vegan desserts. I'm in town for 4 days and I have eaten there every evening and I will eat there again tonight. It's that good!!!!! The atmosphere is fantastic and you can tell most people go there a lot because it seems everyone knows each other. It's located in a small surf and skate shop, those are the best kind, so there's lot of beach wear available to purchase. I wish I could give this 20 stars!!!"

"Don't expect too much for the basic breakfast burrito. When I first walked in, I said good morning to the first lady behind the counter and there was no response, luckily the other person behind the counter was a lot nicer, otherwise that would have been a terrible experience before even ordering anything.I had ordered a cold brew coffee and a basic breakfast burrito. For the price, I was expecting a bit more to the burrito it didn't come with hot sauce and I didn't feel like going back inside to ask for any as I was pretty hungry. It did the job and the cold brew was pretty standard as well.I didn't try any of their sandwiches, so the stars is purely based on the burrito and the service."
