"Poor service almost ruined our night. When I made the booking, I submitted in writing a request to be served quickly as we had a show to attend. Our meal was clearly forgotten as many people seated after us were served before us. After 40 minutes we tried to ask a server if she could check on our meal for us, but she just said no and kept walking past us and never stopped again to check on us, passing our table many times to clean and set up other tables and never checked on us. It took nearly an hour to get our food and we had to eat so fast that we could not even enjoy it. No one we spoke to ever apologised for the delay. Worst service I’ve had in a very long time."
