"The restaurant was very busy when we arrived. That said, the food did take a very long time and a couple of tables that arrived after we did, received their orders before us. We would have given 5/5 had the pace been quicker. When the food did arrive we were very happy with what we had ordered. Everything was prepared with care and you could tell the chef takes pride in what they are making. Our server made sure we were well taken care of and checked in with updates about our food regularly. The new ownership is definitely making a difference. We will definitely be back!!"

"The employee are amazing they are all smiling and friendly and talking with there customers and there food is amazing especially the pickle pickle poutine is good and I would suggest anyone to try it and there service is fast."

"I would like to start this off by saying that the menu looked pretty good. The range of poutine was truly impressive + burgers galore.I had already eaten prior to meeting friends here, so I just went with a salad. It was what I expected from a place like this - not horrible, but nothing to remember. Since the Twisted Toque" sells "Canadiana" I won't knock them for that.The thing that put me off was the environment. At first glance it seemed to be a fun little place. But as i settled onto the evening, my perception changed a bit.Our waitress turned out to be super awkward. The music seemed to be a repeating 12 song soundtrack of 2012 top 40. There were a million TVs, but nearly all of them were playing repeats of Harlem Globetrotters games from the 1970s. None of it fit with the theme they were trying to present. It seems like there is a lot of potential here but they don't have it dialed in yet.I will certainly consider trying them out again in the future. But I'll likely give it a bit of time."

"As a family we go out once week, tonight being no exception. We have visited Harvey's many times, with good service as a rule. Tonight, we place our order, my wife is waiting, and asks are you short staffed, as our food is sitting under the heat lamps while the cook is cooking. The answer, we have to make up 30% due to wage increase, so have one less on staff, increased meal cost, and the best of all, smaller portions. Well, not sure how much they saved, but definitely cost them a customer. Won't be going back. We used to go a couple times a month, someone else will benefit."

"After eating at the restaurant yesterday, I am very grateful to the staff. I didn't feel good and regrettably blinded by the bar. I do not remember the name of the waitress who helped me after it had occurred (she worked down in the bar) jessie and the manager thank them so much for everything they did! just another reason why we love this restaurant!"

"Love the whole concept and as a long time knights fan you should do very well …… but also as a bar owner I will sum up my evening with our friends before the concert …. 1 , the young lady was fantastic and did her job to perfection ..so I will say the service up to the food was 10 out of 10 …. then when the food came and my wife NEVER COMPLAINS OR DOES SHE EVER SEND HER FOOD BACK … but her wrap and fries were hard and cold …. the manager although he addressed this issue and not charge her but bottom line is it painted a very bad taste for others in our foursome . think the other ladies pasta dish may have been a bit cold as well . For myself and as I mentioned I want you guys to succeed so it is only a suggestion ….. but your wings are quite small , not real hot , more crispy I had my sauce on the side but an order of 10 wings on the plate size you served them on really had the appearance that you forgot some of the food . Being an old sports guy I really love the atmosphere and layout but your survey results may tell you that survival is to react to positive criticism … I also had a reservation and after reading reviews I was also worried that it would be full and my reservation may not be honored …… easy fix … promote the bar as get here early for your event .
