"Attended the store in Melbourne CBD and order the veggie spring rolls with salad and noodles, my friend always goes here and gets soy sauce but that day they gave us a light special sauce, it unfortunately had fish sauce in it which neither of us eat and were not told about considering we ordered veg option and there was a vegan option also you with assume you would be told about the fish sauce. We asked for a new dish with no fish sauce and was asked why we couldn't eat the dish we were served, my friend advised because she only at veg and then i was asked what my problem was. I felt the service was rude, yes a lack of communication from both sides but i have never experienced such a hard time to get my dish replaced."
