"This is a disorganized business. I arrived at 11:30 a.m. and ordered lunch for 3 people. People who had come in after me were walking out with their food before I got my order. I finally got my order at 11:55 a.m. I feel that the amount of time I had to wait for my order was unreasonable. Also, while waiting, I witnessed an employee come from the prep area to go outside to bring a customer either a curbside order, or a drive-thru customer food that was not ready and needed to pull up to the front of the restaurant to wait for their food. The employee did not take off her rubber gloves when she took the food to the customer waiting outside. She came back into the restaurant, touching door handles with her gloved hands. She then proceeded to the food prep area and continued prepping food with the same gloved hands she just touched the door handles with."

"The restaurant was very busy and the staff did a good job of getting the food out. I loved the crunchy texture of the batter on the chicken, but couldn't really taste the spice blend."

"I was driving through Alberta and decided to stay in Edmonton for a night and then I came across this popeyes right beside my hotel. This is the first time I experienced Popeyes in Alberta. I was extremely amazed with the service even though it was just a manager (tall guy sorry don 't mean to be rude but didn 't catch his name) and a girl were helping each other constantly and I waited for my food for 10 minutes but I could definitely say It was worth to wait . And I got a complimentary Pie as well. Nothing could be better than this humble service and their efforts. Hats off ?"
