"It is truly unfortunate that the servers and manager of this location did not take the opportunity to take better care of a regular customer. Not only have I been a regular customer for a year now, but I have brought others and introduced them to the place. On my last visit, in which I had the prix fixe or menú del día, both my guest and I ordered the hummus dish. The hummus had clearly passed its prime, as the flavor was sharp. We did not finish our plate and mentioned the matter to the server. She apologized and whisked off our plates but did nothing more--did not offer a substitute, or take the cost off our bill, or even send over senior staff to apologize. In fact, after serving our second course, she ignored us completely. One of us had to get up from our chair and walk over to get the server's attention so that we could order our coffees and the bill. This experience is a shame and will hold me back from returning again, which I am sorry about since the space is otherwise pleasant and the food usually acceptable. No more. They must step up their service training and protocol."

"I thought everything was very good and well done. the attention of the staff was very professional, they were quick to cook the dinner and to bring the drinks. The food itself seemed pretty well made. I give you for two reasons: the first is that we call on the phone to dine several people and that we are bound by a table and in the end we had to sit apart on two tables (I don't know if maybe for reasons covid. in that case apologies.) the second reason is the price.
