"Yes we don't speak any Italian, but the staff were excellent as was the food, (pizza and dessert . I'd recommend the child's pizza for kids, the adult's ones filled the plate (so eat quickly before they get cold!"

"Excellently I find airolo in the shadow of st gottard. the owner has found me a room, even if it has been fully booked. Super dinner last night. excellent Wi-Fi bandwidth and signal that is an atem when fresh air in the Swiss, great facilities and staff 5* all round!"

"Not often you find exactly what you are looking for. Bed and Bike Tremola is a rare find. We planned an overnight in the vicinity of Airolo to attempt a ride over San Gottardo on our way to Italy. Our only regret is we stayed only one night. Luca, Tania and Ruun are exceptional hosts. And the fully equipped bike workshop came in handy the next morning! I think the review below from John G in 2019 sums up what Luca and staff are doing much better than I can so I copy it below... A privilege When we ate a fixed price, multi-course lunch earlier this month at Osteria Tremola we felt as if each course came from the heart. This chef creates dishes as a serious act of self-expression and his cooking reflects an inner commitment to delicious flavors,"

"Had lunch with family and food was great and generous, service a little cold but still good. Instead of sitting in the car in front of the Gotthard tunnel to wait to cross to Goeschenenm go and get a great pizza, it is worth!!!!"
