"Amazing experience in Essentia! the most important courses are a firm of the aromen at their palate. Moreover, it is a vegetarian friendly restaurant and they use fresh and seasonal products to develop their food. the courses with mushrooms and strawberries are excellent! the decor has...a carefully selected and the service is exceptional. in any case, this place is worth a visit! "When you dine at Casas you know exactly what to expect meat, meat and more meat! It's said that they serve the best jamon iberico de bellota in town. The portions are huge so we recommend sharing the starters. My husband had his favourite Rabo de Toro/Oxtail, while I had the roast lamb. The latter is a whole leg! Vegetables are non existent. They do the best Arroz con leche/Rice pudding and Nata quemada/Creme brûlée in town. The wine list is good and we usually drink Muga or Condado de Haza both excellent. Our only criticism is that the service is just a bit too fast i.e. you're rushed through your meal. This is where the locals come for weddings, christenings etc. The food is consistently good."
