"We ate here whilst on holiday in Bagneres. The terrasse was a relaxing place to spend the evening, and the staff were attentive throughout. We chose from the set menus, which were reasonably priced and very good value. We wanted simple French style cuisine,...and this was exactly what we received. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals, they were presented well and cooked to perfection. We will be back when we're next in the area."

"Cadre féérique, la Fée de ces lieux (très jolie fée!) vous propose une cuisine excellente, d'ailleurs on voit de suite que tout ce qu'elle vous prépare est fait par elle, surtout le salmis de Palombe flambé à l'Armagnac, hum!! Il est demandé de réserver au moins la veille car elle ne propose que des produits frais, de l'entrée au dessert. A découvrir et faire découvrir."

"Having eaten all over France over the past 40 years or so, I can recommend this restaurant unreservedly. The food was beautifully cooked and presentation superb. It is a classic formula of keep it simple a small restaurant with about 10 tables, a tried and...tested menu and decent selection of wines at sensible prices. The Entrecôte dissolved in the mouth, the lamb was delicious and the veal well, the flavour! All the puddings are exquisite. I took the family and we all had something different and everyone enjoyed it thoroughly. €130 for 4 a la carte with wine and coffee, try and beat it ! Highly recommended, the service was good too."

"The Jardin des Brouches reopened a couple of years ago with new owners. The chef, Benoit, is top quality and changes his menu often. The choice is limited but the quality and imagination in each dish we have always found to be excellent. His wife,...Valérie does the front of house and is always immaculate, professional and charming. The pace of meals is unhurried but well managed. We usually eat their 30 euro menu which as it includes a pre starter and mignardises with the coffee is excellent value."

"As others have mentioned this is a fairly small auberge with seating on some long tables. The food is really good, especially the vegetarian assiette. We also had the lamb was also great. Again as others have mentioned the dessert gormand is a good tip, and was a good mix of smaller portions of three dishes. Also great crepes and gallettes options."

"Eating here is classic French cuisine. we had the 5 curser, starting with a suppe, followed by foie gras, gut, cheese, and then a lot of obst sorbets that were delicious. every cure was delicious. the owners are a nice couple, the lady...of which was very friendly and made the dining room experience very pleasant! would definitely come back."
