"Quality ratio unbeatable price! Menu at 11,50 €: buffets for entries, cheeses and dishes to choose from. Or Menu at 17.90 €: entrance, dish and dessert of the day or the map. It's always good, and the kitchen is controlled. Not to mention the sauces. A really neat kitchen. And home, very nice bosses and waitresses. Clean and sanitary rooms. Large parking lot. SOIR!"

"Week-end angevin et découverte de ce "petit" (par le nombre de places) bistrot à un prix défiant toute concurrence 20,50 € (entrée plat ET dessert).Un délice pour les papilles de A à Z. heureusement que nous étions à deux pour goûter le plus de chose possible ! Terrine de volaille au curry et éclair au tarama de saumon à tomber, en plat le parmentier de paleron à la purée de céleri et le magret de canard farci au foie gras, miam et pour finir la crème brûlée à l'orange et la panna cotta vanillée fruits exotiques.L'accueil est chaleureux, le serveur, également mari de la cuisinière, nous expliquait que cette carte 4 entrées, 4 plats, 4 desserts était régulièrement changée en fonction des saisons et de l'arrivage des produits.Que du frais et cela se sent. Vous l'aurez compris la prochaine fois que nous irons à Angers, nous essaierons d'y aller à 4 pour goûter à tout !"

"Forgive me for telling you what you already know. A router is a truck stop. So expect good food, good value for money, and lots of truck drivers. The 'Road House of the Five Windmills' or Le Relais Des Cinq Moulins, Assuming you are there at lunch time you will see many trucks and white vans in the large car park. When you go inside, you will see a big room with many long tables arranged in parallel, full of truck drivers. You can join them, or go to a screened off area where there are tables for 2, 4 or 6 people.For 11.95 Euros fixed price, you will be able to start on the buffet of many cold meats, and salads. The friendly waitress will take your order for the main course, usually about four different dishes. When we went, it was pork and tagliatelle, or merlu (hake, a white fish), or moussaka, or croque monsieur (hot ham sandwich with toasted cheese). It will arrive promptly. On the table is a carafe of very drinkable red wine. There is a wine list, but we didn't try it. Next is a selection of cheeses on the buffet, and finally a variety of puddings on the buffet. I had a chocolate ice cream cone - lovely.Coffee was extra but 11.95 € is fantastic value. If you want to keep going back to the buffet, there will be no problemIt is located close to exit 29 on the A87 autoroute, if you are passing between 12 noon and 1.30 pm, turn off and try it. It is so popular it only needs open at lunch time."
