"Enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving feast, at a reasonable price, after our prior reservation at another restaurant was canceled at the last minute when they decided they weren 't 'doing Thanksgiving '. We were one of only two groups, and ended up being the only ones there when we left. But we were treated like gold the attention, the quality and quantity of food (turkey and all the trimmings), the timing of courses all perfect. Parking in the back and easy to miss. They probably only seat about 30 max. But quality all around really enjoyed this BYOB in Berkeley Heights!"

"Great food, excellent prices, always clean and fresh. I go about twice a week; love the fact that sushi is 50% off during the week. my friends from other towns around fell in love with the place and I'm happy it's located in my back yard. Manager is always friendly and accommodating and service is good. Place tends to get busy for above reason! try the red curry for lunch; to die for!!!"

"Anthony, the owner, came to our table and took great care of us. He really made it a comfortable environment for all of us to dine in. Pete and Andre were very personable and accommodating waiters. They listened to all of our orders perfectly and did exactly what we told them to do. We had the lobster raviolis and calamari as appetizers and each dish was great. The food was nice and hot and evenly cooked. The entrees were amazing as well. I highly recommend the tortellini if you decide to come. Everything about Strega, the food, service, and ambiance was phenomenal 5/5 will come back again!"

"Solid spot for drinks or good eats. Will definitely be back here. Had the chicken pops and oysters for the starter and they both were on point. Had pizza for the main. This was honestly the only thing I wouldn't get again, there was nothing wrong but something didn't quite click for me. The dessert was a grilled chocolate cake and it did not disappoint."

"Very good food, menu is more extensive than our last visit. I would appreciate more gluten free options. Also option of tap water rather than only bottled. There was a large noisy party but it was not overly disturbing. Overall very good, will definitely return."

"When the former manager, Greg, left to move to Colorado, I was very worried that the quality of the service would decline. But that is not the case. The service is crisp and warm (albeit not the same as visiting your dear cousins, as it was under Greg The food is delicious and inventive. My husband had a wonderful fig and avocado salad, and the amuse bouche was an incredible scallop in scallop sauce. Hoping the scallops get added to the regular menu! Iâm so pleased to see that the special restaurant is being smartly managed and continues to raise the bar for fine dining in Berkeley Heights."
