"Staying one Saturday night at "La Maison du Directeur", we asked the host for recommendations of restaurants in the area. L'auberge du Boillet was one of the places he mentioned, and fit us nicely because we could walk there instead of taking the car. We were offered a flashlight for the walk, which came in handy since there were no street lights and no houses for most of the walk.We were the only guests there this evening, which fit us nicely. We ended up taking one of the specials, a good chunk of stake cooked in the oven on top of salt from the nearby salt mines. Perfectly cooked, and very good. We ended up paying 146 for the meal, including a bottle of wine and some dessert. Maybe a little expensive given the location, but we liked it."

"An amazing experience. The cook creates dishes with unusual combinations of taste and textures that go so well together, it is likely that you have a culinary epiphany; You can be at a loss for words as you sit over your dining room partner trying to describe what you have just felt. It is a very creative and daring cook, but also with a fine aesthetic expression. The aged beef retreat was better than many Wagyus I cost. The staff is attentive, helpful and very efficient. The ambience was warm with a decor that is different and distinctive; not pompous, but modern and elegant. Well, with the visit and very merit of a Michelin star."

"Cet établissement est noté comme étant un "Gastronomique" dans le Passeport Gourmand 2017, c'est donc avec cette idée que nous nous y sommes rendus. Bon, le cadre est vraiment pas terrible, mais là c'est juste une question de goût. Le personnel n'est pas professionnel ! les règles de bases du services ne sont pas respectées. Les prix sont cher pour une nourriture certes bonne, mais sans rien d'extraordinaire, si ce n'est la petite taille des portions. Heureusement que le plateau de fromage était à la hauteur. Enfin, avant que la serveuse nous déclare que beaucoup de clients postillonnaient dessus ??!!?? Incroyable !! Et puis ne plus avoir de pain en stock au moment du fromage c'est quand même dommage ! Bref, on est venu, on a vu et nous y reprendra plus !"
