"Nous avons partagé un dîner agréable, installés dans la véranda donnant sur la rivière, la ville et les Orgues majestueuses qui donnent leur nom à la ville.Les menus sont étoffés, de bons produits régionaux revisités avec délicatesse. J'ai pris un pounti de bonne facture, une belle truite aux amandes et jambon cru, pour finir avec une mousse de gentiane aux myrtilles. Ma compagne a choisi un granité de concombres, original et frais, un pavé de merlu bien accompagné et comme dessert une mousse de fruits de la passion. Le service est sympathique et les prix très raisonnables.Cet établissement démontre que les réserves concernant les restaurants d'hôtels ne sont plus d'actualité."
