"I am a very regular customer and I strongly recommend this restaurant. The price quality ratio is very good with the slate menu (9,50€ the dish, 13 € flat or dessert dish and 15,50€ dessert dish). Renewal is done every week with a choice of 3 entries, 3/4 dishes and the same for desserts. Very good team also at the service and perfectly knows how to loyalty the customers, the boss is very pleasant. Even without a reservation for a small committee you will be welcomed and the service is fast. Count an hour on site for flat entrance for example what is very well. Little more, it is now possible assets also on a restaurant check."

"We ate here on the 2 nights we stayed at the hotel. The first night we felt very rushed by the waiting staff to get through our courses. We complained and Ramdane stepped in and really turned the situation around. He was a credit to the restaurant and the hotel. We ate the following night and had a good experience. Food was of a high standard. Thumbs up for Ramdane again too."

"Do book ahead, as it gets very busy; for good reason!We called in on the way up from the SW, to visit friends in Normandy before going back to the UK, and it was perfect for Lunch.We were warmly greeted, and shown straight to our table. Thank god we booked, all others were taken!I had the chicken terrine, and then a burger, €15.50; great value for money. The terrine was course, served with a sweet onion chutney, and a small salad. Beautiful.For main I had the burger, topped with Emmental cheese and peppercorn sauce. Cooked rare, it was juicy and full of flavour; a touch on the small side, but sufficient for most appetites. I was disappointed when I'd finished it because it was so delicious! I could have eaten two...!I passed on dessert, as I was out for dinner in the evening too.Lovely ladies serving, who were intent on practicing their English; I wanted to practice my French...so we swapped languages! Very friendly and welcoming; a real good laugh.Highly recommended. I will return when next in the area."
