"EXTRA! The tourists and gourmets we are have seen many restaurants in the center of Carcassonne... nothing crazy. But the map of this restaurant a street away from the place immediately packed! We see a few tables, cross the restaurant all along for the arrival on a small coquette terrace. Already that the map was very eager, we had the pleasant surprise to be able to recover in a charming, relaxing setting it was perfect. For the wrong entrance! crousti de camembert succulent !! For my dish, a pleasure! Fake Cut with a plastic knife so the meat was of good quality My dessert was TOP! Burned cream Its dessert OMG ! brownie All accompanied by a craft biere and a glass of white wine well advised by a smiling, adorable and attentive waiter. We didn’t see the cook, but I guess he should be as kind as the waiter that is until the dishes we ate! We live in Lyon in a city where gastronomy is a culture and we are sad that this very promising restaurant is so far from home. I wish them a great success because it has been 6 months since it is opened, you can go the eyes closed: Come on!"
