"The best Mexican food! The service was great and .49 cent margaritas (one per participant/person makes it a must every day. Our waiter was absolutely fantastic, I think his name was Justin. He was friendly, patient, funny, personal and attentive. All the employees we were interacting with were great. We were immediately served chips, with 2 different salsas- one that is hotter than the others. Be careful, it sneaks on you, the more you eat! Both were delicious. I was very impressed by the free bean dive with the chips and salsas. I really like that there was so much variety and authenticity in taste. Take the beans, for example, we had roasted beans with the chips, I got black beans with my gut and my mother got pintos with her. Everyone a different taste and makes the meal more pleasant and less bland! Thanks for the delicious variety! There were 3 of us at our party and we ordered only 2 record entries and shared them. It was enough, we were all satisfied when we were gone. The only remnants we took were dessert. We have a Chili Rellano on every plate, I have a chicken enchilada as my 2nd article. My mom has a beef burrito. Both plates came with rice, the choice of beans and the Mexican claw. RICE! A bite and you will know it authentic! Do not worry if you add a green bean (or carrots in your rice as they add a few vegetables. It is sooo good and probably the best Mexican/Spanish rice I had, it really has this authentic taste and texture. I'm a big fan of Mexican bullshit, and they haven't disappointed. The Chili Rellano are the best!!! Simple, plentiful and tasteful. (You also have a STUFFED Chili Rellano and also the chicken enchilada was filled with chicken! We ordered flan and sopapillas for dessert. The flan was good, but a little too rich for me. Sopapillas were drowned in cinnamon sugar, so if you prefer it simply SPEAK UP and they won 't cover it in cinnamon sugar. WELL is worth the ride to Cripple Creek! Very recommended and definitely will be back. My mother even told the waiter, please, give my compliments to the cook, that's the best! (My mother chose this place because of her Rellanos. We went a month ago and they were closed, so it is very good to see them back up and run with the taste my mother expected! Thank you for staying consistent!"
