"Just tried to get some lunch....waited 10 minutes for menus (after trying to get them ourselves and being told fairly rudely that they would be brought to us) Eventually managed to order some coffees that still hadn't arrived 15 minutes later. Gave up and left. Shocking service."

"Went to the Sheaf for drinks with friends and we just found the RSA too much. There was one Asian women who was wondering round going up to groups and telling people off for nothing and when she moved on the group would just laugh at her. She was a joke. Total over kill. People in hi-vis jackets standing on walls overlooking the outside area and the dance floor. At least three people in hi-vis jackets wondering around. And then three police officers entered and looked around. WTF! Another young Asian guy wondering around in a RSA jacket asking if people had drunk too much. Just let people enjoy themselves and only intervene if they act up otherwise stop enjoying the powertrip and making a nuisance of yourself. We decided to leave and go to a bar where the customers aren't treated like 12 year olds!"
