"I was very impressed by this establishment. The location is great, just a few minutes from Rota and easy to find off the main road. They even have a decent sized parking lot. The menu has a good mix of Irish food and some non-Irish items. All the food we received was fresh and tasted great, I especially liked the shepherd's pie. The beer selection is decent, especially for the area. The service was awesome, definitely some of the nicest staff we've ran in to in all of Spain, and they all spoke English. They even have a playground and high chairs for kids. I highly recommend checking this place out!"

"I went to El Gaucho for lunch with my family around 1:00 p.m. First thing first, in Spain is hard to find places for lunch that open before 2:00 p.m., this restaurant opens at noon, that 's a big bonus. That works great for people that like to have lunch between 12-1 p.m.. The staff was very friendly and helpful, Alejandro (the owner) takes the orders himself. For starter we had the cebiche mixto (11 euros) which was amazing. My wife and daughter ordered the Bife Ancho (Churrasco) (16.90 euros), one of them Al Punto (Medium) and the other one Pasadito (Medium Well). I had the Entrecot de Buey (17.90 euros), it was Amazing! One of the best steaks I 've had, and definitely the best steak I 've had in Spain. It was cooked to perfection, the seasoning was perfect, and just enough fat to make it juicer. First, they bring the plates with the sides, a baked potato with garlic butter, and some couscous. Then they bring a type of skillet with charcoal with the meat on top. If you want your steak less red or pink, just leave it there and it 'll keep cooking. We didn 't have any dessert because we were full already. The prices in my opinion are good for the quality food you are getting. Anyways, I will definitely go back whenever I want to eat a really good steak. And I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family."

"I have eaten a few times in villanos and I have always had a great experience, but I have never felt to write a review until tonight. our server, gloria, was funny, attentive, knew the menu like the back of her hand, made some great suggestions when. I couldn't choose between tacos and ensured that my margarita was always up. and she did all this while she ran clearly from her feet. So: great eating, even better service, will certainly be back!"
