"As a family we go to this chain across France and have always liked the food quality food and quick and friendly service. It was for this reason that our experience was so disappointing. Our mains arrived before our starters, then our starters arrived and the soup was cold. We then waited 50 mins for our mains to return at which point one of the steaks was over cooked. We had all opted for a set menu that was meant to take 30 mins as we still had some driving to do after dinner but were unable to have our desserts due to the huge amount of waiting we had done. When we explained this to the waitress and then manager they made us pay for the whole menu all the same and were very rude."
