"We stayed in a local hotel which unfortunaly was not serving food for some unknown reason. Nevertheless, they directed us and other guests up to Le Provençal. It was only a short walk and in fact we were so pleased. Le Provençal is attached to the Confort Hotel (but I think run independently). We had a very friendly greeting and very attentive service from the manager. The food was very good a the lovely thing was that the manager told us we could have any combination of food we wanted 'anything possible '. We did have a lovely choice of starters from the buffet (very fresh) followed by the fish with rice (we laughed as the French family next to us insisted on fish and chips). It is not a big menu but there should be something for most people. Nice cosy atmosphere and an enjoyable experience."

"Passing to Limoges lunch this noon at the Provençal. Very pleasant and friendly service while respecting the codes of the profession. Good quality kitchen for a stage. Excellent quality/price ratio: 80€ for 4 (input/plat/ buffet desserts). I strongly recommend and come back in future limousine stages."

"When entering the convicts display their results at the contests, once in the plate, it is possible to judge that the jury did not mistake. A hamburger high like that, but, yes, yes! but a little dry, too cooked egg, cold dish. Then I'll allow two suggestions? serve with the hot plate and a small ramequin of accompanying sauce and it will be perfect. Thank you for your welcome at the top."
