"Other trippies gave great reviews about this place and they were so right. When we were looking for a break from heavy rich Bavarian food, this place was an oasis of fresh, lightly seasoned salads and homemade pasta, and perfect pesto. English menus are available...and all of the staff were very friendly. It was also great that that was a non smoking section outside as till now we have had to eat inside while the smokers claim some of the best restaurant and cafe seating."

"Waren heute im Olivera um ein paar Pizzas zum mitnehmen zu bestellen. Habe noch extra meine Freunde dafür überredet mal ne Pizza im Olivera zu bestellen, da ich schon 2 mal dort gegessen habe. Auch bin Stammkunde nach jedem Sauna/Schwimmbadbesuch im Panorama Bad Restaurant, welches dem gleichen Chef gehört. Zurück zum Olivera: Haben dort 5 Pizzas zum mitnehmen bestellt und die Wartezeit hierfür betrug lange 30 min, da uns gesagt wurde das andere Gäste die im Lokal sitzen vor gehen. Sind dann auf dem Parkplatz raus um beim Auto zu warten. Nach paar Minuten ist der Chef persönlich mit seinem Auto angefahren und das erste was wir von Ihm zu hören bekommen haben ist: "Bitte verlassen Sie das Grundstück". Wir waren alle zuerst sprachlos. Habe ihm darauf erklärt das wir 30 min auf seine Pizza warten müssen. So unfreundlich wurden wir im keinem einzigen Lokal im Umkreis bedient... 4 Sterne für die Pizza 1 Stern für die Höflichkeit vom Chef!"

"Super traditional German cuisine. Very recommended, tastes excellent. We had the Emperor Schnitzel and pork roast. And a little salad, wonderful. Everything in beer garden with pleasant 26°. The service is very friendly and also meets special requests. Thank you."

"When you come to Freundstadt on a snowy winter day between the years, you notice that only a few restaurants and cafes are open. The café Fontaine has fantastic cakes just as the Black Forest cake. Not too creamy, the Kirschwasser is well dosed. The interior could be improved a bit. But who cares about interior design if you enjoy cake?"

"Das Gesamtpaket stimmt. Schönes altes Haus, helle geräumige Zimmer direkt am Waldrand und an diversen Wanderwegen gelegen. Völlige Ruhe, genau richtig zum Ausspannen und Kraft schöpfen. Dazu noch eine große Auswahl an sehr gutem Essen. Wenn man es auf der Terasse mit der schönen Aussicht genießen kann, mit Vogelgezwitscher im Hintergrund, ist es DAS Urlaubsfeeling."

"Are actually masters for a while, but the last two times the experience was very bad. service was relatiw unfriendly, no greeting or a different, just put the card down. meat was by instead of as desired English and on my complaint was not reacted accordingly. instead of bringing a new meat or an apologies directly, I was asked if it was so disturbing that I wanted to have it again, but unfortunately also somehow patty. for the money we always leave, we actually only hear bad things lately."

"Good pizza's, but I was expecting smoked salmon on my pizza in stead of cooked salmon. Little bit too much garlic on the pizza as well. For the rest, perfect restaurant."
