"Ada Augusto was a real surprise. Location: The restaurant is located in a area that might seem rural and how beautiful is when you get there was stunning. There is not just the restaurant there: they sell you chees they do and many othet things. The restaurant seems immersed into a park, it seems a fairytale. Aperitivo: we've been offered of an aperitivo with a real good prosecco, and some snacks in the smal salotto we got there earlier than expected and they were super kind to let us stay there and spend some time before dinner started. Food: there are few tables (would say 8), and it's a very quiet and cosy but elegant restaurant. Food reflects this elegance. We picked one of the 2 menus Ada one that's also the one with less portions. We had 6 portions to eat ish. From excellent meat starter, to ravioli, till getting to meat and dessert/cheeses and then digestive. Everything was SO GOOD. Price: 2 menu (from starters to dessert)for 2 people, aperitivos, 1 bottle of barolo wine and digestives for total of 150€ Our menu costed 45€ each one. Would go back there for sure. Highly recommended!"

"Cascina guzzafame is an agroturism near mailand, italien. agroturismo is an agricultural farm that normally offers food and basic plans. this is from the charts. it's different, it's like it's on another planet. which they serve is cultivated on the farm. The restaurant, ada e augusto, the restaurant on this rural location is something else. I've been there for three months. it is a culinary manifestation. it is like in the church, pls forgive me the comparison, and do not believe the wonder. what the Japanese chef takeshi (now I got the attention, is somewhat rare in the world of cooking. He has worked in Italian stars restaurants for years before he created his magic. the absolute perfection of Japanese beauty and opulence and fumigation of Italian cuisine. Imagine three tortellinis perfectly cooked, easily bathe in a soft, buttery cream, and they marry it with a cold herbal soup....Come on! you never had that. filet of bark meat, slowly cooked, with a cover of pine reduction....Yes, I mean, the tree?. to die. Anyway, tripadvisor says I have reader, half of it in the usa (love colorado). when they come to europa, they should not miss this place, it will be michelin soon....and then the reservations will be really difficult when they know what I mean. I have eaten at interesting places since I had gone to France to eat a farand point, paul bocuse, and not least fredy girardet. I have copied their courts (at least I have tried). but eating is my passion, and this place, ada and augusto, by chef takeshi and his partner, maria gulia. is managed by the charts!"
