"A year after my first visit, I'm always so enchanted by this restaurant. We eat very well and the products are of quality. excellent choice of Belgian beers (and I know it)! and a very varied menu that includes classics from the corner and other dishes that are usually found in other restaurants (meat pieces, hamburgers, etc.) in short nothing to say about the quality of the dishes. concerning the service, a young lady takes care of the room and really does her job despite her young age and the fact that she starts in the profession (seasonal.) the restaurant really works pretty well and there are often people but it doesn't prevent her from doing the service with the smile and talking a little with the clientele; in the top! I'll go back with pleasure to eat guillestrin"

"I stumbled over this restaurant completely randomly and was quite surprised to open a place like this in a small village near the mountains. The formula/philosophy of the restaurant is quite refreshing and definitely healthy. The dishes are almost raw or cooked under 42° when using the oven. I have taken the formula 'Balade dans les sous-bois' with filled vegetables with cauliflower risotto and blueberry / mint sauce on the side. It was excellent, and the Risotto was super tasty and sour thanks to the mint. The dessert, a red berry/cococolos crumb (from nuts) was so good! Also drank a buckthorn juice, which was really nice if of course. Recommend this sweet place!"

"We chose this restaurant for its full meal formula at 13 euros 50. for this attractive price the meal is copied. The buffet was very good. pork meat with rice make a little canteen. for dessert the blueberry pie is disappointing on the other hand the Norwegian omelette for dessert of the day is a pleasant surprise. for the price we can't complain. the room is clean and quiet."

"As good as ever! I previously ate here several years ago and loved it, and I’m pleased to say that time hasn’t changed it! Fantastic food with a wonderful setting. If I had one slight criticism, it was that service was a little slow, but when you’re sitting on the terrace in the Alpine sun, then it’s not really a problem! Highly recommended!"

"Not easy to find, a few hundred meters from the state, but Tripadvisor places it slightly earlier (or later, it depends on where you come) than where it really is. It does not desist, it is big and it is seen, on a sort of small square of this small “industrial” area. Honest prices for a simple proposal. Meat of beef, Easter salad, hamburger in bread with bleu cheese and red onion, piece de boeuf, both served with chips, homemade desserts. Average expenditure 15 euro per head. Fast and courteous service"
