"Very beautiful ristorant with pleasant, cozy atmosphere. great menu with super selection starting with the appetizers, a large pizza and pasta selection to meat and fish dishes. in advance there is a small bread basket with some olives and inlaid zucchini and garlic butter. as an appetizer very recommended is the yellow tomato soup and also the mixed antipasti plate ideal for 2 persons. the pizzas are carefully recommended, the floor is here, which unfortunately no longer occurs so often, extremely tasty. is actually great here. the price class starts here with 3, € for a mini-marginita up to the big taormina (pute, paprika, champignons, zucchini, stein Pilze, bolognesesauce) for 9, € as the most expensive pizza. the service is very friendly and even if all tables are occupied, the orders are quickly brought to the table. this ristorant develops from a secret tipp with many masters, due to the central position in the cinema and the surrounding diskos, to a public secret, since just at the weeks many runners find the way here. pre-order is recommended for which we are recommended. conclusion: super price ratio, great, tasty selection with beautiful environment in summer, the foreground is used as a terrace. as a further service is also offered after delivery and party service."

"I attended a family celebration there and they have nice rooms with natural light to do this in. The waiters are attentive. They were even remembering the brand of beer I was drinking despite me moving tables. It is a family run business which has been around for a long time and rightly so. Go and try it out."

"After several times in the restaurant - business dinner as well as just private - I have the feeling that it has left behind. friendliness and ambiente are still to be mentioned positiw, the open door to the terrace is owed that an an aneise is already lost on the table - the foods are also ok, more but not. the local has a higher claim that is not (more?) fulfilled. Example: salad plate with fried salmon. the salmon very good, randomly also fresh on the morning, the salat itself uneasy. only a sort of leaf salad, rather sparse, the soße largely without a whiff. we have already eaten this much better - and more cost-effective."

"Because of a family affair, I had to go to Hagen on Friday. Madame had come because we wanted to spend the weekend together. At the end of the event I asked for a recommended restaurant as we wanted to eat something before we left or at least drink coffee in peace. Due to the non-existent parking spaces, we did not suggest a location in the city centre, but the Rosengarten in the Selbecke. When we arrived there, we saw several tables outdoors in a beer garden, and we were looking for a table there. Apparently we were the only guests at that time. A waiter came to the table and gave us the menus. He spoke with a relatively strong Eastern European accent, was friendly and accommodating and answered some questions without hesitating. Despite the relatively long ways he had to go, he was always fast and fled at our table when it was necessary to bring something or clean used dishes. Food The range of cuisine includes Croatian and international dishes in a wide selection. The program can also be seen on the restaurant's homepage, except for the three lunch menus: [here link] In addition, the already mentioned lunch menus were offered, to the three different main dishes should be the daily soup, salad from the buffet and a dessert. Madame chose Menu No. 3, Omelette with asparagus and salt potatoes (10.80 € and an apple choir (2.40 €). I chose No. 1, Putensteak pikant with cheese baked with rice (9,80 €), plus a soft yeast white beer (0,5l for 4,00 €). Various salad components were prepared in the cool gondola, but only some were really fresh. Green beans, kidney beans and corn definitely came from canned food. While we were still at the salad buffet, the waiter had already served the daily sheds. It was a clear broth with some vegetables in it, not especially hot and hardly spiced, not necessarily a good start. The main dishes served shortly afterwards were obviously freshly prepared and well hot. Madame was satisfied with her food, but called it “not especially”. The turkey steak was nicely fried and nicely tender, only the Piquantnote came through only after the fourth bite. For dessert we had counted with an iceball, but the chef was thrown in crepes spread with an undefined fruit. Overall, both foods were less than average and the money was hardly worth. Probably we would have been better served with a la carte meal. Ambience From the outside a very nice old semi-concrete house, the interior has already come a bit in the years, but not unattended. The beer garden made a good impression, there were reasonable outdoor furniture, stable parasols and a large barbecue, which is obviously also used by the more open ones. Cleanliness Inside the house perfect, also the toilets in the basement, which were very modern furnished. In courts, glasses and cutlery there was also no reason to criticise, and the outdoor area was also well maintained."
