"The many negative reviews for this place are unnoticed. The food was very hot and fresh, even at 7 p.m. on weekday. Only half of the buffet stands were in use, as others have said, but it still creates above-average selections with many different flavors of chicken. Had not seen any of the hygiene and cleaning problems mentioned by others."

"Arrived on time for reservation, host seemed a little un organized. Food was very good, but took a long time to arrive. Our server was very nice, large draft beer selection . Overall I would give it a 3+ overall and will try it again on another night."

"The prime rib was great. Our waitress was wonderful (I wish I could remember her name) The restaurant itself was nice, but would be even nicer in a better location. It's located in a strip mall, which is a little less appealing and there's not enough parking. We had to park behind the building and walk through the snow."

"That was our first time, and we were blown away! first the service was great. our waiter was attentive and answered all our questions. the manager (his own son came out and spoke to us. how, actually speaking, not only the standard how was your eating? he asked our names, commented on what we had ordered, and was very gracious. we feel like vips, second, eating. as western michigan vegan or vegetarian, this place is your new best friend. they have over 20 vegan options on the menu! Beyond that my favorite menu feature was the Veggie option. they had the usual tofu meat substitute option or they could get nice. oh man! the veggie mixture was plentiful and tasty! carrots, brokkoli, spargel, etc. all cooked to crispy tender and overflow on the plate. fresh and absolutely delicious! we ordered the vegetarian eier rolls (sty, roast tofu with erdnusssauce and gurkensalat ( erdnusssauce was divine, gurkensalat was fresh and a child favorite, veggie pad thai for my 3 children to split (they gobbled it up and we still brought a tonne, veggie erd , and the mango sticky rice for dessert (for die! mango was beautiful ripe, sticky rice and cocose sauce were perfect. Overall we decided next time to skip the appetizers (not because they were good, just to save space and decide to start the gurkensalat and then dive directly into the escape. definitiw for 2 people to share or to bring home rest. the price was super reasonable. with the price and portion sizes my family from 5 here could eat on the cheap $30 easily if we don't want dessert or rest (except we do and they think better we will fight over them. we are so sad that we have discovered a whole year about this hidden gem in our own backyard. I'm sorry, china inn and blue are gone, they've lost customers! thai avenue is our new destination for Asian cuisine!"

"We came here with a party of 10 for a group meeting.. the food was great. Portion size is huge.! our waiter came right away, got drink order right away. brought our appetizers right away. He took our order of 10 people and had NO MISTAKES. EVERYTHING WAS HOT,.FAST AND DELICIOUS. I WILL.BE BACK.. Our waiter was a gentleman named FIN... thank you Fin.."
